We’re very pleased to welcome Anne Lefebvre, who joins us as freelance Peer Group Leader for DFA’s international HR Peer Group and will facilitate the group’s two annual meetings.
Anne brings 20+ years of international HR experience from large, operational and multi-site organisations, including Solvay, Knauf and INEOS.
She knows the HR reality – from recruitment, retention and employer branding to leadership, talent and organisational change.
But equally important: Anne knows how to facilitate. To create trust. Ask the right questions. Challenge constructively. And bring the experience already sitting around the table fully into play.
She is meeting every member individually to understand their business, priorities and expectations before the group comes together again in November.
The group includes HR profiles from companies such as Dan-Slovakia Agrar, Goodvalley PL & UA, FirstFarms, Ingleby Farms, Idavang, ProOvo, Premium Porc, Pigagro, TK-Agro, Polnovakia Agrar, and Halychina Zahid.
Because good peer learning does not happen by accident.
That is the standard we want for peer learning at DFA.
