Experience around the table is not enough.
The right challenge turns it into better decisions.
We are delighted to welcome Arnaud Charmetant to the DFA community as Peer Group Leader for two of our international crop-production groups.
Arnaud is a French agronomist, farmer and seasoned farm business leader based in Romania.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in large-scale arable farming, irrigation, farm strategy and regenerative agriculture.
He is also a Nuffield Farming Scholar and President of AIDER, Romania’s regenerative agriculture association.
DFA selected Arnaud because he has the experience and credibility to challenge members:
• Strategically • Tactically • Operationally • Technically • As leaders of people
His role is to build trust, sharpen discussions and help turn shared experience into better decisions and practical action.
A very warm welcome, Arnaud. We look forward to the value you will bring to our members.
