Practical Management & Leadership - Pig Production

Customized, hands-on leadership development for pig production companies – built around their real operational and people challenges.
We develop company-specific programmes on demand for teams of 12–16 participants, combining production management and people leadership through workshops, farm visits and real-case project work.
Following a programme for Ukrainian companies, a similar training is now underway for Bulgarian companies.
