The association continuously offers courses targeted the boards of agricultural companies or groups of employees. They are offered either by the association alone or in collaboration with the association's stakeholders.

The intention is to offer specific courses that reflect the wishes and needs of member group. It gives participants good opportunities to establish professional and social networks that can enhance the usefulness of what has been learned.
